DELIVERY TIME
All orders, with the exception of Limited Edition prints, are shipped from our California office within one week of the order, excluding holidays. Please budget this time plus the estimated shipping for all orders. We will make every effort to make sure your items arrive as quickly as we can send them. If you absolutely need something rushed, please email us at luceostore@luceoimages.com.

Limited Edition prints are printed in Maine by our Master Printer, shipped to the respective photographer for their signature and then finally shipped to you. These prints are hand crafted, and inspected by each artist before shipping. The entire process, including shipping, normally takes about three weeks.

SHIPPING CHARGES
The orders placed through LUCEO STORE will be shipped from LUCEO’s California office, excluding Limited Edition Prints which will be double shipped from their respective artist. Shipping is through USPS Priority Flat Rate and will be calculated automatically at checkout. For shipping information on international orders, please see below.

SALES TAX/CUSTOMS DUTIES
Sales taxes will be collected in Colorado. International orders may be subject to duties or tariffs. These will be collected by the destination country’s customs office and payment will be the responsibility of the customer. Should a package be refused it will not be returned to the USA and the total invoiced amount will still be charged to the customer.

We Ship internationally to most all countries using USPS Priority Flat Rate.
